In 2025 the Motability Foundation reported that only 51% of young disabled people find it ‘easy’ to use public transport. This was a problem that Cornwall Council wanted to face head on, when they approached Digital Urban on developing a gamified experience to help young people with learning disabilities gain more confidence utilising their local bus services. Digital Urban are launching our Rail Safety Game on Wednesday 25 September at the West Midlands Railway Stakeholder Conference this week! The Rail Safety Game is an engaging and interactive experience designed for young people to learn how to navigate train stations. Players complete quests and challenges that guide them through the process, from purchasing a ticket to boarding the train.
