The models can also be a dynamic repository for data links to a wide range of information including flood risk, air pollution, heritage information, planning history, health and safety files.

The 3D model is built to accessible standards and you take full ownership so that architects and developers can pay a small fee to load their models in. Such local collaboration (under your control) keeps the model up to date.
