New Brighton Engagement

Like many UK seaside resorts, New Brighton in the Wirral, experienced a decline over recent decades and Wirral Council were keen to engage with the community about what would happen next.

You can hear local young people Leah and Joey tell the story of the decline and of the plans for change. Digital Urban took people on a virtual reality journey along the New Brighton promenade on an open top bus to prompt conversations about what could be possible and what locals may want.
